Jacob - Physical Therapist

PT, DPT

Jacob is a licensed Physical Therapist PT, DPT from Antioch, CA. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico in 2019. During his undergraduate years, Jacob worked as a rehab aide at Enloe Rehab Center, where he gained valuable experience in patient-centered care and evidence-based practice. This experience solidified his passion for working in environments dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Jacob went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from West Coast University in 2024. During his final clinical rotation at ProActive, Jacob was inspired by the close-knit, family-like atmosphere among the staff, who consistently put patients first and supported their goals through evidence-based, patient-centered care. In his free time, Jacob enjoys watching sports, spending time with friends and family, playing volleyball, hitting the gym, and unwinding with video games and TV.
